Part 2 (2 day Conflict Management(CM))
- Communication skills
- introduction to communication skills and conflict management
- self-awareness
- avoiding conflict
- effective communication and customer service skills
- recognising and defusing conflict

- defusing high risk conflict
- resolving and learning from conflict.

Course Requirments
Although there is no course requirement a good level of written and spoken english is a must!
Assessment methods
Part 1: Externally set, externally marked exam, 1 hour, 35 multiple choice questions
Part 2: Externally set, externally marked exam , 1 hour, 35 multiple choice questions
Assesment summary: To achieve the qualification, the learner must achieve the pass mark for the assessment components of Both units. No compensation across units is allowed
