The course is limited to 12 candidates

Title

MANUAL HANDLING 

Aim (areas covered)

• How to think and assess
• Safety procedures
• Avoiding unnecessary lifting
• Dynamic Risk Assessments
• Practical exercises
• Base positions and movements leading to more complex moves including moving and lifting objects and people (if appropriate).

 Course Requirments

Although there is no course requirement a good level of written and spoken english is a must!

Assessment methods 

 Delegates will be continually assessed by their tutor throughout the course. At the end of the course delegates will receive a certificate of atendance valid for one year.

None all resouces for the course are supplied by us (however you are welcome to bring you favourite pen or laptop)
