Part 2 (1 day Conflict Management(CM))

Course Requirments
Although there is no course requirement a good level of written and spoken english is a must!
Assessment methods
Part 1: Externally set, externally marked exam, 1 hour, 40 multiple choice questions
Part 2: Externally set, externally marked exam , 1 hour, 35 multiple choice questions
Assesment summary: To achieve the qualification, the learner must achieve the pass mark for the assessment components of Both units. No compensation across units is allowed
